Jacqueline S. Eghrari-Sabet, M.D.

Dr. Gina Dapul- Hidalgo joined Family Allergy and Asthma Care in 2012.

A native of the New York City/New Jersey area, Dr. Dapul-Hidalgo went on to graduate from Boston University. She has moved with her husband to Maryland to begin her practice at Family Allergy and Asthma Care. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and finished her Allergy Immunology training in New York City. Dr. Dapul-Hidalgo has had extensive experience caring for patients of all ages with asthma, allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, eczema, food allergies, urticaria (hives), and angioedema. She has been actively involved in research, and her most notable publication on allergic disease and climate change has appeared in the Annals of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. Dr. Dapul-Hidalgo is a member of the American College and American Academy of Asthma, Allergy and Immunology.

Jacqueline S. Eghrari-Sabet, M.D. is the Founder and Medical Director of Family Allergy & Asthma Care.

Dr. Eghrari’s interests span the age groups of a family: starting with eczema in infancy, pediatric asthma, pediatric allergy, allergy & asthma in pregnancy and sinus disease in adults.

Honors and Awards:

Dr. Eghrari-Sabet has been named a Washingtonian Top Doctor in the field of Adult and Pediatric Allergy and Immunology for the past ten years. She has been voted as a Top Pediatrician as well as Top Doctor by The Consumer Research Council of America. Dr. Eghrari-Sabet has served as the President of the Greater Washington Allergy & Asthma Society. She has served on a variety of committees for both the American College and American Academy of Asthma, Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Eghrari is frequently invited to give medical lectures to area physicians, medical organizations, and regional hospital staff.

Gina Dapul-Hidalgo, M.D.

Neshat Tebyanian, CRNP received her training as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Maryland School of Nursing in May, 2008. She has 8 years of experience as a critical care nurse at the University of Maryland Hospital. Neshat also has a bachelor of science degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Anthropology from U.M.B.C. She comes to Family Allergy & Asthma Care with a 4 year history of work in the field, and is an allied health member of the Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. She has a particular interest is in asthma, hives and food allergies. Neshat is a co-founder of the Nurses for Global Health organization at the University of Maryland and is interested in issues of justice in health care. Neshat is interested in asthma and clinical immunology research and hopes to expand on this work at Family Allergy & Asthma Care.
